Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us by sending a message via our Contact Us page.
Damage:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take photos and then contact us via our Contact Us page and we will begin the process of filing an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations:
We can not guarantee any cancellations but we will do our best to help you. All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Custom-made products may not be canceled or returned.
Returns:
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must not have been installed or assembled and must include the original packaging. Return shipping costs and a $20 administration fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Submit your return request via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery
- Within two business days you will receive an email stating if your return request is accepted or denied. If accepted, a Return Authorization, shipping label, and instructions will be emailed. You have 30 days after this email to return the product.
- Any items returned outside of the return window or without acquiring return approval are not eligible for a refund.
- You may not return the following items: Clearance, Custom Orders, Used Items, Items that have been installed or assembled, Part of a bundle.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
- A check will be mailed for any check transactions or bank wires. Refund checks are good for 90 days.
